After spending years as the top General Manager for Oakwood homes, Steve Stadheim started Stadheim properties which sells Manufactured Homes into communities as well as onto private land. Mr. Stadheim brings more than two decades worth of sales management experience to Homes Direct and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction that has kept his business growing while the industry as a whole has been shrinking.
